Keeper of the Lullabies tells a timeless story of how love transcends generations. It is a most unique children's book in that it speaks to two audiences simultaneously; on one level, children's imaginations will be captured by the rhyming pattern of the words and the warm message of love. On another level, all mothers, aunts, and grandmothers will appreciate the profound message of love for younger generations that Dr. Hutchins Pirnot conveys so poetically. The dreamlike illustrations of the "Keeper" amid the cosmos really instill a timeless quality to the story, too.
